A Record of Results for District 3

“As your As your County Commissioner, I have worked with integrity, common sense, and a deep respect for taxpayers to deliver real results for the people of District 3.

I am running for one more term to see critical projects through to completion, continue making public safety my top priority, and stand up for our families, neighborhoods, and taxpayers.

I am an ardent supporter of public safety, veterans, economic development, and fiscal responsibility. As your public servant, I have been — and will remain — a careful and responsible steward of taxpayer dollars.

I ask you to look at my record and know that in every decision I strive to be honest, thoughtful, and focused on what is best for the people of District 3.

I deeply appreciate your prayers and support over the years, and I respectfully ask for your vote for another term so we can continue delivering results for District 3. - JoAnn K. Birrell

“In every decision I have made, I have remained a strong fiscal conservative. I voted against raising taxes in 2011, 2017 and again in 2018. I have worked to cut wasteful spending and ensure your tax dollars are spent wisely and efficiently.
